We did it! Brooklyn Heights is considered one of the best neigherborhoods for first time buyers in Brooklyn. We're going to celebrate by taking a stroll on the Promenade, grabbing a bite to eat at Sahadi's and then toasting at Montero's Bar & Grill. We may even warm our hearts with a few hours of playtime at the Brooklyn Cat Cafe. What we're saying is, there's so many fun things to do in our neigherborhood. Celebrate International Day of Friendship

Color, flags and friendship is how Brooklyn will celebrate International Day of Friendship this Sunday, August 5. Beginning at 1 PM, Unity Parade of Flags honoring almost 200 countries will march from Fulton Mall in Downtown Brooklyn to the Brooklyn Borough Hall. Throughout the day world class performances, dances and ethnic food trucks will grace the streets with fun and global engagement.
